Riklabel is a brand of Rizk Industry & Trade Est. Ltd. in Lebanon. The website supports B2B label, printer, ribbon, A4 template, RFID, and related product inquiries.
3. Quote-First Workflow
The website is designed for product discovery, quote requests, lead generation, downloads, and support. Unless Riklabel separately enables checkout and states otherwise, submitting a quote, contact, download, or subscription form does not create a purchase order, sales contract, reservation of stock, or binding price.
Any sale, production run, delivery, payment term, tax treatment, or custom work is governed by the written quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, invoice, or separate agreement issued or accepted by Riklabel.
4. Product Information

5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, product, item code, quantity, artwork, barcode, label size, printer, and application information.
- Confirm that selected labels, ribbons, printers, wristbands, templates, and adhesives are suitable for the intended surface, environment, storage, printer model, and workflow.
- Review and approve artwork, proofs, barcode data, spelling, sizes, colors, materials, and quantities before production.
- Use downloads, templates, and label-generator outputs responsibly and test print settings before production use.
- Comply with applicable product, labeling, barcode, packaging, event, healthcare, food, retail, customs, import/export, and data-protection requirements.
6. Custom, Printed, and Special-Order Work
Custom labels, preprinted labels, special sizes, special materials, custom artwork, non-stock items, and made-to-order products may require approval, deposits, production tolerances, and special cancellation or return rules. Once approved or produced, these items may be non-cancelable and non-returnable unless Riklabel confirms otherwise in writing.
7. Downloads and Label Generator
Riklabel provides downloadable templates, support materials, and access to a label generator to help customers prepare labels. These tools are provided as support resources. Customers must verify dimensions, printer settings, file output, and product compatibility before relying on them.
If you create or upload content through the label generator, you are responsible for its accuracy, legality, ownership, backup, and use. Riklabel may change invite links, access methods, templates, or generator availability as needed for security, maintenance, or service changes.
8. Customer Content and Artwork
When you provide artwork, logos, text, barcodes, data, files, or other content, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for Riklabel to review, quote, prepare, print, process, or support that content. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content.
9. Intellectual Property
The Riklabel name, website, logo, product presentation, catalog structure, images, text, templates, design elements, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Riklabel. You may use the website and downloads for legitimate evaluation and customer use, but you may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or misuse them without written permission.
10. Acceptable Use
