Thermal COATED is used usually for products that should be scanned within 12 months after printing.

Thermal TRANSFER is recommended for product lifetime lasting printout applications. Printable with ink ribbon

Adhesive:

Label adhesive could be Permanent, Removable or for Frozen Food applications.
